Buttery Dill Carrots
Ingredients
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2-3 Tbs fresh chopped dill
  • water
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbs butter
Instructions
  1. Wash the carrots and slice them into small rounds. Discard the ends.
  2. Place the sliced carrots into a pan with enough water to cover the bottom to steam them.
  3. Cook over medium high heat for 10-25 minutes until they are soft. The cook time will depend on how thick you cut the rounds. You may need to add water so they do not stick to the bottom of the pan. When the carrots are soft enough to stick a fork into them, remove any water in the pan.
  4. Add the butter and fresh dill and gently mix. Add salt to taste.
