Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 2-4 Tbs peanut butter pure- no sugars
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup 24-hour yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbs clear honey
  • 1 splash vanilla no sugars
  • 1-4 cubes ice as needed
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.

  2. Serve.
