Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients

pure- no sugars

ripe banana (peeled)

24-hour yogurt
1-2
Tbs
clear honey

splash
vanilla
no sugars

cubes
ice
as needed
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Serve.
