Berry Yogurt Pops
Servings: 8
Ingredients
  • 10 oz frozen berries of choice
  • 3 Tbs water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups 24-hour or lactose-free yogurt
Instructions
  1. Place the berries in a sauce pan with the water and honey. Cook over low heat to create stewed berries in a runny syrup. Cook time will be 20-40 minutes depending on the temperature you cook the berries at. 

  2. Set the cooked berries aside and let cool.

  3. Place the yogurt into a large mixing bowl. 

  4. When the berries have cooled, pour them over the top and briefly stir to get streaks of berries into the yogurt.

  5. Scoop the yogurt and berry mixture into popsicle molds. Add popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer over night. 

  6. Enjoy the next day!
