The SIBO SOS Summit II is a free online (video) conference for SIBO and Digestive Healing hosted by Shivan Sarna, a fellow SIBO friend. Shivan interviews dozens of leading SIBO doctors, researchers, healers, nutritionists, and other SIBO experts with practical tools and advice for truly healing SIBO.
Earlier this year I attended the first SIBO SOS Summit. The summit was free to watch live and could be purchased in order to keep the videos to watch at anytime. I thought I would only participate in the live videos but found myself watching videos repeatedly on my iPad with headphones curled up next to my sleeping husband in the middle of the night all for the sake of answers. Through the conference I was finally finding answers to questions I had had about my own SIBO journey (and SIBO related hives) from doctors and speakers from Australia, Seattle, and all over the world. At 1:30am and after watching two videos over a dozen times each, I finally decided to purchase the conference because I was actually finding solutions to my own healing.
I loved that this conference brought in speakers from all over the world, with all sorts of different SIBO backgrounds and unique approaches to healing. The speakers shared updated SIBO research I hadn’t heard anywhere else or been able to find on the internet.
At the First SIBO SOS Summit I learned about…
- New diet techniques
- Why certain diet restrictions are recommended and how to maximize guidelines
- Practical advice for truly healing the body and gut
- Which doctors and researchers to contact for my own healing
- The amazing time saving Instant Pot for cooking faster meals (I have since purchased one and use it almost daily)
- How to improve my own diet for lower histamines (and less hives)
- Available resources for healing I hadn’t already found
- New treatment options
- The ins and outs of SIBO diets
- Setting healing expectations well
- Massaging the stomach to help move food along to help prevent SIBO relapses
- Genetic testing to aid in customized treatment protocols
Over the last four years, I have attended every SIBO conference I have been able to, and the SIBO SOS Summit was by far the most user friendly with the best real solutions that work. You can still purchase the first SIBO SOS Summit for $129 to watch anytime. If you are interested in the first summit you can also see 5 free talks from SIBO SOS Summit I before making a purchase.
For this upcoming SIBO SOS Summit (October 21st-29th) I am most looking forward to…
- Hearing Dr. Wurn share a technique on removing visceral adhesions
- Listening to Dr. Steven Sandberg-Lewis (Listening to him talk is like getting a hug from one of most knowledgeable SIBO doctors in the world. He is brilliant, kind and understanding. I like to think of him as the father of SIBO.)
- Learning from Angela Privin about Paleo done right for SIBO (SIBO patients are using Autoimmune Paleo with increasing success to calm symptoms, especially for those with other health issues)
- Discovering new, unheard of techniques for SIBO from Dr. Mona Morstein (who is one of the most approachable treating SIBO doctors for working with patients in impossible situations – she always has amazing PRACTICAL tips!)
- Learning what Kale Brock has to say about growing the gut microbiome (as this is the current stage in my own SIBO journey)
- More about when NO SIBO Diet seems to work from Dr. Michael Ruscio
The SIBO SOS Summit II (October 21st-29th) is expected to be packed with more information than the first! The summit is free to watch live and can be purchased for viewing at anytime. The early bird price for the summit is $98 and will go up to $145 soon. For less than the cost of a doctor’s appointment you will get hours of helpful resources to help boost your own healing!
I hope you will join me in using this conference to get questions answered and propel your healing journey.
As an affiliate for SIBO SOS Summit II, I will earn a small profit if you chose to purchase the summit through the link on Journey Through SIBO. All profits I get from this summit will go right back into posting free recipes and helpful content on Journey Through SIBO. Thank you for your participation!
