Chai Tea

This chai tea is perfect for getting through the homemade elemental diet. It feels nourishing and will help to keep up your mental function. I sipped on this tea while I was at work and used it to help get me through several meetings. This tea is also great for a fast breakfast, although it does not have any protein in it, so it is not a complete meal.

If you do not already have a go-to chai tea, Numi Organic Tea has a Rooibos Chai that is tasty, works well and is in many grocery stores. You can also make you own chai or buy online. Bond Street Chai from Townshend Teas is one of my favorite.
